Soop2Nutz is a small, home-based business that began in 2023, inspired by my own experience as a working mother for over 30 years. During those busy years, finding the time to prepare homemade meals for my two boys was often a challenge. Now that I'm retired, I’ve had the opportunity to slow down and focus on something I always wished I had more time for: making hearty, wholesome meals from scratch. Through that journey, I realized there’s a real need for convenient, homemade food—not just for busy families, but also for singles and seniors who may not want to cook for themselves, but still want the comfort of a nourishing, home-cooked meal.
